bric+co was born out of the joy of seeing people discover and bring out the best in themselves. In the Piemontese dialect of the Italian language, “bric” means the highest point of elevation on a hill. We believe each one of us has our own “bric” within reach.

I was an endlessly curious child. I wondered about people, what makes them tick, and why they do the things they do.
Working on the inside of organizations for two decades, I applied that curiosity and learned what makes leaders, teams, and organizations thrive, whether in times of exciting growth or amidst challenging realities and uncertainty.
